Fees and Insurances

FEES & INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT 

Fee: $100 - $120 per 50 minute session
Sliding Scale Fee: Based on financial need

If you choose to use your insurance, I will provide you with a receipt, so you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or assist you in the above process if needed.  Just note that not all issues/conditions/problems which are dealt within psychotherapy are reimbursed by insurance companies. In addition disclosure of confidential information may be required by your health insurance carrier or HMO/PPO/MCO/EAP in order to process the claims. If you instruct me to do so, the minimum necessary information will be communicated to the carrier to justify treatment and facilitate reimbursement.
